Clos des Papes
The Avril family, winemaker in the town of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, since the XVIIIth century, is the owner of the famous Clos des Papes. The 35 hectares of the vines produce only one white wine and one red wine. The unique flavor of the wines of Clos des Papes comes from the diversity of its parcels, which are located on the best place of the appellation Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
